On Wednesday, 29th January, Andrew George MP will advance his case for a badger bovine tuberculosis (bTB) vaccination at the meeting of the Liberal Democrat Rural Affairs Team. The group will discuss the future of the Government’s pilot badger cull, which Mr George has consistently warned Ministers “risks making the situation worse”. As a constructive alternative, having teamed up with Zoological Society of London, Mr George has planned the first community-led badger bTB vaccination project in the country in Penwith, the centre of the rollout.
